Hi everyone, I have just bought a salt pipe, will keep you updated with the effect of using it. Still waiting for my appointment with the spcialist at the hospital. yawn yawn no rush then !!!

Bought one for my husband about three months ago but didn't find it did anything for him - sorry .

Hi it works for me. I bought one nearly 12 months ago and use it every day for 20 mins. I found it made me cough very much for the first couple of weeks, this help me to clear my airways of phlegm, from then on the coughing has decreased very noticeably. So I hope it works for you it's the best £20 I ever spent

Hi Everest, I have been told to use it 10 min in the morning and 10 min before bed, dose that sound ok.

Sounds good to me. I use mine at night time just before I go to sleep. But you will find your own best time.

Hi Jeanielee, yes still use it daily and it still helping me to get rid of mucus quite easily, feeling pretty good st the moment, dont use my inhaler much these days unless I have exerted myself or if I know I am going to, like mowing the lawn, but otherwise I am OK, How are you keeping, well I hope.
