I’ve started this today but it’s confusing me and I set it up wrong. There’s no spray but it’s turned a lot and I’m worried I’ll lose medicine and it’s not working right. I know I’ve not used as much as it says.

are tou able to contact the pharmacist and see if they can check if you have it set up correctly. They are a a bit fiddly. Or have a look on youtube and find a video
When you set it up you have to click down quite hard to break through to the canister. You’ll hear the clunk.
Hi gal4God
As Linneypin says they can be a bit tricky until you get the hang of it. When you put the canister in, it is easy to think you have done it, but it needs to be all of the way in. When I first started using it I couldn’t do it by hand and used to put it canister down on the kitchen worktop and press down on it really hard. I’ve now mastered the technique and can do it by hand.
You will know when it is in correctly because you will only be able to twist it once (cap on) and if you fire it into the air you will see a puff of “smoke”
Make sure the canister is in right, otherwise it won’t work. I made that mistake when I first had this inhaler. I wasn’t pushing it in hard enough. If you have not done it correctly it won’t dispense the medication. It does take some getting used to. Good luck and hope it is beneficial for you.
Sorry, I have he Spiriva Hani Haler, it uses capsules, 1x everyday
They are difficult to get used to, not user-friendly at all. Take the canister out again, make sure the grey button is pressed in. Reassemble carefully, making sure that the clear plastic cover is fully slotted in the right way round. Hold the top grey part and the bottom clear part firmly together as you turn the grey part to load the medication and prime the aerosol function. Make sure you are not pressing the dark grey button as you do this.
