I love it, been on braltus before it (same thing just powder form) its helped quite alot for me I spent a few days coughing up mucus... not massive amounts and not unpleasantly but it was moving mucus and helping me breathe easier

No problem one thing I forgot to mention is the common sire effects... spiriva/braltus commonly causes a headache/sinus pressure headache it's quite common and usually goes away after a few days (if you do get it as a side effect)

It was a game changer for me and I was able to stop ventolin as a result. So I now just take one puff of Relvar in the morning and respimat at night along with montelukast. Asthma not wonderful but compared to how I was, it is so much better. Have had more sinus issues though I would say.

It's such a stupid thing to say, but it was my life saver. I don't mean it saved my life but it gave me back my life. No more trips to A&E or the GP on nebulisers and being put on steroids. What seemed liked every few months. I take Qvar now too as the others Id tried caused too many side effects. I still do need help but no where near as much.

It was a lifesaver for me as well. I have been using it for many years and I would say it was the medication that made the biggest change and I got my life back.

Has helped me a lot. Seems to have a side effect that causes dryness in my mouth, especially at night.

First 2 days it was great, after that it seemed to stop working. I then read that it was banned in the states for a long time as it was linked to deaths in people with heart conditions. Which I have, so I stopped it.
