Aerochamber Plus

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone could help me please? I’m feeling very anxious because I think I may have been putting my sons’ Inhaler in the end of the Aerochamber upside down. The valve is underneath the inhaler and not above it. Will it have been bad to have done this please?

Does your's have pictures on it. I used them to guide me. I just find using the inhaler the same way I use my inhaler work's fine.

Just wash it out regularly. I have a spare one so I am cleaning one I have one to use. But if you are unsure talk to the nurse and they will explain to you how to use an aerochamber. By the way there is different aerochamber but if ine is required then the nurse will choose the best one and explain how to use it

It doesn’t really matter tbh. So long at it’s not musical and is cleaned regularly (follow the instructions) and that it needs to be replaced either annually or once it’s too difficult to clean properly

Thank you Emma, just feeling anxious it’s been a long week with asthma 👍🏻

Go to the pharmacy. They know the right way to use the spacer. But I don’t think putting it in upside down would be a oroblem.

Not at all. Don’t worry. Half the time I used to not notice which way mine was up.
