I was cleaning my new aerochamber today and fell asleep. It was soaking for six hours instead of 15 minutes! I have another one that's brand new but over a year old. Is it still okay to use or is the older one safer? I threw away the one I was using because I've been using it for 2 years. Thanks for any advice.

What to do if you over soak your aerochamber
Id not worry which u use.
Personally I have always soaked them for longer than 15 minutes, but not managed six hours.
I would just check that the rubber seals have not gone brittle or strange, and that it all seems to work.
Is that the spacer? If so I put mine in the dishwasher after clearing off the inside's residue with a cloth I'd just doused in boiling water and after taking off the bottom end. I noticed the other day that on mine the bottom end is silicone rather than rubber or the plastic top so I up ended it on a radiator to dry completely. I think NICE guidelines lines are that a renewal every 6 months is necessary for us (and pigs might fly at my surgery)!
I've been using mine for donkeys years.i did once requests but it wasn't supplied x
I was told by an asthma nurse that you shouldn’t rub anything inside the chamber (dish cloth, tea towel etc.) It can create tiny scratches which affect the efficiency of the spacer and can trap particles, leading to a build up.
I soak mine overnight with out any problem, I have two, so that 1 is soaking other in use x
ours go through the dishwasher, I separate any removable parts first. They seem to be fine.
