If you’ve run out, ring your GP in the morning and ask for an emergency prescription (as you have run out). You may need to book an appt (depending on the surgery). They should be able to get you a script for your pharmacy so you can them pick up. If you’re completely out ask for 2 of everything so you have a spare set which means you won’t be in this situation again! Replace as soon as you start on your spares!
