Random question, but anyone else experience this? After a recent blip, things seem to have settled down now I'm on Flutiform, however the exercise induced issues are still there and have never been resolved, even when I've been months of no symptoms at all, exercise is still a problem and the GP doesn't know what to suggest.
Anyway, when I have trouble, my chest feels tight, my lungs feel itchy and have a burning feeling inside, I have trouble catching my breath, cough and most randomly, my teeth and gums get itchy inside. Just wondered if anyone else can relate?

I get the sensation of itchy lungs and it's horrid! I've not really found anyone else with this. I've asked various gps asthma nurses etc. Only one has had an answer that it may be from irritation or allergic reaction. Sorry to not be of more help. But you're not alone!
All of those symptoms are symptoms of silent reflux LPR apart from itchy lungs but I do get an itchy feeling in my windpipe area.
I’ve had that itchy sensation - and when I do I usually end up rubbing the upper part of my chest, not that it ever does any good of course. It’s usually a pretty good indicator that my asthma is really beginning to fire off.
Sympathies re exercise. My asthma is very well controlled most of the time, but certain forms of exercise (notably running, but anything involving anything other than short bursts of aerobic exercise) always cause problems for me and always have.
