Hi everyone

I had my follow up asthma nurse appointment this morning. She suggested I download an app to keep track of my peak flows and inhaler use.

Can anyone recommend a good easy to use app for this?

Many thanks, Emily xxx

I use PEFlog which seems good. Having tried a few this is the best one I have found. X

Hi! I am looking at this one, but I can’t put my personal details in using my iPad. Not that it matters, really. But have you also had difficulties?

If you have an iPhone, the built in Health app is quite good

+1 from me about the iPhone app; it's got a little bit trickier to use (or I've got dafter) since the upgrade to ios whatever it is now, but still very good.

There's also an app called AsthmaMD which works well. The health app is free though!
