Hi..new to this.

Which inhaler should I use first in the morning....Fostair or Reprimat ?

I don't think it probably matters too much, especially if your breathing is OK, but Respimat (Spiriva) is primarily used as a bronchodilator (albeit I think a long-acting one) so arguably that one should be first. If you need to open your airways though to use them effectively then a reliever should come first.

I use Fostair Nexthaler and Respimat. I take the Fostair first but purely from habit, no other reason. I would say that taking things in the same order helps me ensure I have taken them though.

Fostair also has a long-acting reliever though a different drug class so you could argue it either way I guess.

I take Flutiform first, followed by Spiriva. Just out of habit though. X
