Hi, I was diagnosed with Asthma nearly 2 years ago, and today had my annual review. Very positive on the whole, good control, good inhaler technique and my personal best peak flow has improved.. however she has advised me to be particularly vigilant this hay fever season (my biggest trigger), as I'm on Clenil Modulite and she says I'm on the highest dose (2 puffs twice a day) so she is thinking of swapping it for at least the worst of the hay fever period and wants me to be seen as soon as I start get any signs or symptoms, even very mildly! So I was just wondering if anyone had any experiences of using an app to keep a record of their asthma? I'm thinking of using one to help me keep a record of my peak flow and inhaler usage so that if I was to start to notice any changes I have a record to show my GP or nurse?
Thanks!
