Now on to another week of prednisone, after an exacerbation and been switched to Revlar inhaler. Feeling better after 3 days of pred, and peak flow back up. Anxious to see what happens on Monday, when I visit dr again.

Revlar inhaler
I'm on relvar 184. Has been a little better since my switch from fostair. Hope you get on well with it. X
That's what I have been put on. Needed to use my blue this evening, seem to have a lot of sinus mucous but peak flow not too bad. Feeling very tired this evening, as not sleeping much on prednisone.
I know how you feel I don't sleep much at all as I'm on prednisone permanently at the moment. Such a pain. Xx
Felt okay yesterday, and did not need to use blue. Rained here this afternoon, and wonder whether that affecting me.
Weather can be a big player when it comes to breathing. Hope your ok. X
Have prednisone till Monday, when I see the dr again, and I suspect, it will be more prednisone..........(:
Yeah it's not nice stuff but it helps. I've been on 40mg for the past year. Hoping to try and start coming off of it next week but very apprehensive as every time i drop below 30mg my lungs don't tend to cope. X
That's worry me too, and the consultant my dr spoke to said, it takes a month to adjust to new inhaler, Relvar. Don't understand why they did not just put me back on Seretide to get stable.
Yeah I found within a couple of weeks relvar was a bit more effective. It's worrying having to play with dosages and drugs as you just don't know how your body will cope. Yeah I'm not sure on the seretide I found it quite ineffective for me. Maybe some of the drug groups cross over or something. X
