I contacted Evergreen 01942 701210 based in Wigan lovely chap. Explained what I needed nebuliser for, as different nebulisers don't take all liquids, apparently. This is a Philips nebuliser.

nnoSpire Deluxe with Sidestream

But agree so many around.

I got one from my asthma consultant...used to be huge..but they changed all the news and now I can fit it in a small satchel...has been invaluable....luckily I won't need to buy one anytime soon...hope you find one you like..thought about getting one that can charge on batteries...but at the moment I don't need one...

Thanks for you reply I have one from my asthma cons but need to buy my own as its on short term loan and they don't/won't supply one for long term use even though they have told me I will likely need one long term .

There's more peace of mind if you have your own. I bought my one for home as not to big to travel with. Saying that I possible purchase a smaller one if I was to go abroad. To have as hand luggage. But not felt brave enough to travel in past 2 years sadly.

Good luck ! 😀

I have taken the one I got from the consultant away on planes and never had any problems... they don't count it towards your baggage allowance.. so alls good....took a whil to get it... I was constantly going into hospital just to use the nebuliser..the asthma nurse suggested I try one at home and see how it went.. it was great! not having to go to hospital all the time... so was told that I was able to keep it...it gets changed every 6 months or so.. they just bought smaller ones the last time I got it changed.. so much easier to carry... shame your consultant doesn't help you to get one from the NHS... has done me the world of good!
