Anybody experienced this ?

It helped a bit for a week or so and I'm back to square one now - no improvements in breathing, just side effects ( feeling dizzy and nauseous etc.. ) from Montelukast - not sure if I should persist!

Best to discuss this with your consultant/GP.

Yes, I know!

The problem is that I only see consultant every 6 months or so and its impossible to get hold of his secretary .And GP does not comment - he says - if they cannot do anything in the specialist clinic, he cannot do much either!

We have experienced that from GP too, not very helpful! I would keep trying the consultant's secretary or ask GP to push for an earlier appointment with consultant.

Ask GP if it is safe for you to continue with side effects. /ask if these effects might go away in time. If answers are no I would stop and ask to see con earlier.
