Spots on my arms - Side Effects?

Hi,

Ever since I was put onto the medication for my asthma I have noticed spots appearing on both my arms.

I am on Aminophylline, Carbosisteine, Symbicort, Spiriva and Erythromycin.

The spots look like acne. Has anyone else had similar? They don't itch but they do seem to be increasing.
