Happy International Friendship Day!

We wanted to wish everyone in the Health Unlocked community a happy International Friendship Day today!

We're very grateful to everyone involved in keeping this space so supportive and informative. There are over 10 million people living with some form of arthritis in the UK, making it the leading cause of pain and disability nationwide. Discussion groups like Health Unlocked show that you are not alone in your arthritis. There is always someone else who has been through a similar situation and is able to share their experience and tips.

We hope you have a lovely day, and look forward to hearing from you all soon.
