I was quite busy on Friday getting Christmas presents in the morning, and some last minute bits and pieces in the afternoon. About 5:00 my blood sugar was 4.5 and going down so I decided to treat myself to a coffee and mince pie. They had run out of normal mince pies so I had a vegan one. About 9:00 in the evening my hip starting playing up, and I had a very bad and uncomfortable night. In fact I delayed going out till late afternoon yesterday. It is a rare occasion I eat a mince pie and never had a problem before!

What ingredient(s) do you think could e a trigger?

Hi MichaelJH; I would rather think it was overdoing the Xmas shopping if it's Arthritis you have. I have to maintain a careful balance between exercise and activity myself.

Mike.
