Hi can anyone give me some advise please I got diagnosed from reactive arthritis 4yrs ago which damaged my wrist right being a hairdressers it was a nightmare at the time .my wrist will not bend fully forward but I've had to learn to live with it ,I was under a rheumatologist until April this yr and she said there's nothing more she can do for my wrist .my problem is that I think I have a different arthritis now to reactive as I have trouble with all my joints neally also my toe has changed shape on my left foot my knees are painful and sometimes give way .I just want to feel well at least for few days a week like I did before I got diagnosed with reactive arthritis but I'm in contant pain everyday

Regardless of whay the diagnosis is you deserve and need better health. At the core of health recovery is the food you eat. Get more satiatiing whole foods into your mouth and remove those snacks like cakes, choccy as well as meat and dairy and you might be amazed at how your health improves. You might even find your arthritis easing.

I would discuss this with your GP. There could be a number of reasons for your pain. Simple blood tests can eliminate a number of them such as vitamin deficiencies etc. Constant pain needs investigating so please see your GP.
