Update from my last post on my right foot

Hello to all just want to put and update on how my foot is now after going through using crutches to stay off of it plus using a night splint as well. After using the night splint for awhile I found it was a challenge trying to sleep with it on during the night while in bed. Plus using the splint I still had to use crutches do to the fact the instructions said not to walk on the splint. It helped some but not enough. Today has even very painful through my whole foot not just the arch. It got worse as the day got older plus I’ve been on it for eight hour at work. So I ask what should I do at this point ? Should I start using crutches again to stay off of it or request to have it xrayed to see what’s going on with it? It’s been awhile since it’s felt the way it does today. I’m wondering if it more than planters fasciitis going on with my foot. It’s been throbbing all day today and still is as I type this message to post. I don’t want to be walking on in right now because I think if I keep walking around putting weight on my foot it’ll make it worse most likely. Unless I make a trip to the ER witch I don’t want to end up in there on crutches later on. What should I do?

Hi have already replied to you so I will pop in for a look tomorrow see if you went to have it Xrayed.

I have no knowledge of this problem, but if it is throbbing like that then it suggests to me that either there is something else going on, or the treatment you have is not appropriate. So I suggest you go to ER while it feels like this and ask them to look at it and see what the problem is. That way you will get immediate help, possibly an X-ray, and a diagnosis, which should put your mind (and foot!) at rest.
