Correct Diagnosis: please help

Hello, i have been battling with joint and bone pain for about a year now. I started that i had pain in my finger joints. The pain then moved to my wrist and so on. My whole body now has joint and bone pain. My fingers and wrist crackle every time i move them atound. The pain in my bones are dull and increases if you put a bit of pressure on it for about 2-3 seconds. If i walk for a while on my feet it feels like the bones of my foot wants to press through my flesh. Is this arthralgia? Or something else? Thank you for your time

It sounds like arthralgia to me I have got it caused by the tablets I'm on for breast cancer hormone related

That's a difficult question, as I understand it arthritis & arthraligia are similar. However causes are often varied as are symptoms. This sounds like a system type illness as many joints are effected, maybe you need more investigation. You need a definite diagnosis of what type of joint illness you have as the treatments are different, Arthraligia is just a general term for joint pains as is arthritis. There are also other illnesses that cause general joint pain which are nothing to do with arthritis, plus some drugs can cause such smptoms. If you are concerned then see a doctor again.Take care and best wishes.
