Hi there, I have had Rheumatoid arthritis for many years, and like others have been on different medication, currently I am on Benepali injections, which take the edge off but they don't last for very long, I have been looking/researching for other pain relief which might help and have discovered Biofreeze gel, goes on cold like you have just taken it out of the fridge, then gets warmer, this has really worked for me and I thought I would share it with the community and would like other peoples thoughts on it

Hi BerniB, I've never heard of it, so sharing with us will be helpful. I will be interested in hearing if anyone else uses it and what their thoughts are on it's effectiveness is. And where you get it from. Rie x

Hi Rie I got it on Ebay, they come in small tubes or you can get a pump size, I tried the small tube first, have since used it on my shoulder and it eased it as well, not sure of its effectiveness on hips, knees or ankles as, so far, not had a flare up there!! BernieB
