Moving pain

I've had two years of chronic pain in knee - couldn't walk etc but now it's moved to my foot and that's painful now. I feel like my knee hs been damaged now however current pain is in the foot at the side and on top like someone is pressing down hard on it or with heat. Been at doctor for 1 year who was told because I was over 60 they won't do MRI on knees now. So back to bottom of list for osteopath. Either take the painkillers or suffer. 6 month waiting list for physio and Osteopath. Thanks
