Stubbed toe

Could anyone help me please I stubbed my big toe months ago .... and it's still hurts and infected the doctor won't give antibiotics I've heard that natural remedies will help..... it's quite alarming as I've had a high temperature and feel generally feel very unwell would appreciate some feedback please thank you

I would go int the chemist and ask the pharmacist if I were you they are usually better then seeing the doc in my case anyways.

Other than that all I can say is keep bathing it in salts keep it clean and good luck hope you get it sorted.

I would agree with abra

Bathing in salt water 3 times a day. dry foot and apply antiseptic cream with gauze and clean socks change after every foot treatment, get some cheap pure cotton socks so you have enough for the changes.

If the toe looks really bad maybe consider seeing another doctor or go to the walk in centre.

Did the doctor advise you what to do even though he wouldn't prescribe the ABs?
