hi had a fall a week ago, my knee popped out, and had to go to a and e, since then I am brusied from knee to ankle, knee and foot swollen and my kneecap has popped out again ouch, I am going back to the hospital tomorrow as worried about the foot and knee plus suffer from osteoarthritis I am 49 female, any advice please hate this pain x
