still fighting a year later

Hi a year on and i am no further for it . i have been referred to a specialist doctor for my Athritis . Last week i ended up in A and E with chest pains . i got my bloods done and an xray also they checked my heart everything was ok on that which im pleased. my blood tests came back clear the dr said it was inflamation to put it down with the rest of my problems thats going on . well im no further for it my daughter was in with me she said when i was leaving that my blood just showed up athritis . i got ibuprofen for inflamation so im of work till next monday iam trying to keep going and not let the pain win.

That's the spirit - don't let it win! I take Ibuprofen too and also do light yoga exercises. I bet you're relieved your heart was okay.
