feeling tried all the time

I live with pain all the time and most of the time my pain management works but this feeling tried all the time is getting a bit much , any help out there . i sleep ok, some nights not so much and i am luckly my partner lets me rest as much as he can . we have 3 kids and my partner is not well . any help

hi there it really is tough when youve got kids and this disease as your on the go all the time, fatigue is a big issue if your meds are not containing the disease give your rheumy a phone and they might jiggle things about,i know when my granddaughters at our house im tired when she goes home and im not the one running after her my wife is as she watches her twice a week, but she brightens the place up and cheers me up when im down. take care and i hope the fatigue wears off

Just saw this while cleaning up my inbox. If you have pain all the time and also fatigue, you might have fibromyalgia. Thing to do is check with a rheumatologist. Good luck.
