Welcome to the site. You'll find a lot of reassuring and supportive people here.

Sorry your anxiety has come back ~ it's horrible when you think it's gone and it suddenly rears it's ugly head again. I'm on episode three which suddenly leapt out of nowhere a couple of years ago. If it is any consolation you know it better with each episode and it gets easier to manage. I still believe it is possible to get through this completely.

I have got the same problem! Was sick most of the night and on top of that I had a massive panick attack, taught I was gonna die!

As soon as my husband or children say that they feel sick I start panicking and get sooooo anxious ! I lost all hope that this fear would go I'm living with it for so long ! It's nice to come on here and knowing that you r not alone x
