Hi all happy new year to all of you. Ive had a badish week with my anxiety, but have been fine most the day. I went ova the road to my mates and there was about 20 of us. Even thou i wanted to go in away i didnt. But after a while of sitting there i started to relax and i enjoyed it. I havent had a drink of alcohol becauseim not a drinker these days, but i had a gud nite. Hope u all have a gud new year love to u all xxx
