Enjoying the sun or sitting at home?

Hello everyone just wanted to check how everyone is doing and what are you up to? it seems the sun put everyone in a good mood?? no recent activities here??

The sun doesn't necessarily put me in a good mood. Sometimes I feel resentful and bitter when other people are enjoying the sunshine and I can't because of anxiety and depression. I do like some sunshine, yes, but I don't like it too hot and this is too hot for me. Mid-20s is as high as I find comfortable! TBH I preferred the cooler weather, but with a bit of blue sky and sun added. Hope you're OK.

in a weird way I do understand what you are talking about, when I am in a really bad mood I close the curtains so i don't see how nice is outside and how come I am not enjoying my time outside and laughing!!!

Hey rouri me and a friend went for a 12 mile walk on Cannock Chase yesterday, a beautiful part of the country, probably a bit hot for me too but I love walking, I find it really helps with anxiety especially when you're with a good mate. I'm really interested in the weather (it's part of my job) and i find it interesting how it affects the mood of people with anxiety... seems to vary, i love cold frosty sunny mornings myself hope you're good.

I love good walks as well, I climbed some mountains in Edinburgh and loved it, although sometimes it is very hard when I am dizzy, feels like I am walking like drunk and I haven't tasted alcohol for almost 2 years now. I enjoy cold weather but and rain but not when commuting, then I would prefer blue sky

hello love yes we don't want to moan and then we will be blasted with few weeks of non stop rain

you know they are advertising for 2 hours video chat in August about diet and how does it effect anxiety, I sent my name but they come back to me saying I need to pay £5?? what do you think?? I know it is not much but that would put off some people?? I don't know if you seen the post, the website posted it last week I think?? what is your opinion??

HI ROURI yes this would affect any one that is on benefits already living on the bread line it is not good perhaps we should tell them in a nice round about way that some of us are trying our best to do this without meds but also trying to eat healthy i think this advice should be free to all hope you are ok x are you working tomorrow x

I will come back to them today. you are right, some people needs this and cannot afford it!!! will see what i can do.

i do work from Monday to Friday every day in London taking bus/train/underground exhausted and tired by the time i got to work/home.
