Hi, Dizzy - I understand how you are feeling. I've thought it, too. Our anxiety makes us feel like we are off somehow and have the constant feeling of not being okay or right. One thing I do every day, sometimes several times a day, is to take a step back, breathe, and reassure myself that what I'm feeling is just my anxiety and that there is nothing wrong with me. It sucks that it's not something that goes away, but understanding that it is your anxiety playing tricks on you helps. When you start feeling overwhelmed or like something is wrong, find a quiet place to sit and breathe. I hope this helps!
