Blood test - high wbc, cpr and neutrophils

A couple of weeks ago I started out with bad tummy pains, was sent for ultrasound, bloods and a stool sample.

Firstly my stool sample tested positive for h.pylori which could be the cause of my tummy issues.

Also my white blood cells, and crp blood test results are high.

Dr said the h.pylori wouldn’t cause my bloods to be off and so of course I googled! The high bloods, weight loss and constant fever are pointing to much scarier stuff.

I feel so upset and sick as I’d been following the diet to heal my tummy and it had started feeling better. Now I have to take 3 lots of meds 😢 and with the anxiety of the blood results too I’m just a mess 😢

The doctor should have advised you what to do about the fever, weight loss and abnormal blood tests. Ask him ASAP or go to another doctor.

Yep. H.pylori will make your tummy feel awful and it takes time to heal. Number one, stop googling. If the doctor thought it was anything more serious he would have asked for further tests. The findings support your diagnosis. Have you looked up the symptoms of h.pylori? I think you’ll find them to be all of what you’re feeling.
