👁Third Eye: Addressed Anxiety
Anxiety comes from a negative thought that if not stopped, will continue to grow
into fear until you reach a panic state.
Did you know that it is possible to learn how to "breathe" yourself into a state of calm?
As you take in a deep slow belly breath think of it as a breath of "peace & calm", hold for
a few seconds and then slowly exhale all the bad feelings and thoughts in that breath.
The longer and slower you go, the more adrenaline leaves your body. This produces
a state of peace within you.
Of course, it must be practice daily, both upon awakening and before sleep at night.
This gives a good balance throughout the day. In time your anxiety levels will reduce
in intensity. Have a good weekend my friend xx
I found that learning what anxiety really is and the most constructive, realistic way to deal with it really helped me. i found the DARE Anxiety book, youtube videos and phone app to be very helpful, they also have a facebook group that is very supportive. Meds can also be helpful for anxiety but my experience and the same for most people is that meds alone won't eliminate your anxiety, you need to learn how to manage it for yourself.
