Can anyone give me a review of the app CalmHarm? My therapist recommended it and just downloaded it but any thoughts if you’ve used it? 💕

I had a brief look at it, it seems pretty good. It gives you lots of ideas on how to relax if you’re going to have a panic attack or meltdown.

Haven’t had a chance yet to properly use it x
