Yes, I am into same boat Vicss. I do get bouts of anxiety and it does kills me having those feelings but I always try to acknowledge that this is just a phase in life and it is for sure not permanent. What I do during these times is just taking deep breathes and just try to think of present and ignore the future. It is indeed easier said than done but with continuous practice it does leave an impression in the mind... Cheers!

Thank you! I do that too as it’s been the only thing to help control my anxiety so far. Are you on agomelatine or any meds then? Xxx

Today everything is alright, but two months ago, I had massive panic attacks. In the beginning, I had no clue what was happening and, most importantly, why. When I felt like I could not deal with it myself, I found lamag.com/sponsored/best-on... , where it was more specific information on online therapy, and got myself into it. I would recommend you, at last, trying because it could change your life. I know it is worth it, and I hope you'll get better soon

Rivotril Clonazepam really helps me. Anxiety no longer clouds my day. The relief I experienced after finding this website ( pharmacy-weightloss.net ) has been wonderful.
