I'm just here to vent as I have another sleepless night. Why do I have such awful post-Covid anxiety? My family had it at the beginning of the year. I'd say my symptoms were mild in comparison, but I did end up with a slight case of pneumonia, which scared the sh*t out of me - because I lost my Uncle to Covid last year and the unknown was eating at me. I recovered. I had a chest xray as recent as last week to make sure my lungs are clear b/c I always feel like I have trouble breathing. I know it's my anxiety but then i'm also convinced the Covid is back. All this Delta news and cases rising - I just hate it. I"m sure i'm not the only one, just needed to vent as it calms me a bit and hopefully I can go back to sleep.

Covid Anxiety
Hi Tma, I hope you did go back to sleep last night since rest will help you heal both yourmind and body. Right now, it sounds like you are in anticipatory anxiety, waiting for the other shoe to drop. The other shoe may never drop so why not enjoy and celebrate your
recovery?
I am sorry for the loss of your uncle but remember, we are our own person. We can't
fear what someone else had. You are blessed that you healed from your illness. Time to
start living again. xx
I’ve been having covid anxiety too especially after hearing about the cases rising again! I’m currently sick with a sore throat and totally freaked out and thought it was covid. If it was covid I’d have a fever and that’s something I don’t have. I also had a chest X-ray this year for the same reason. Felt like I couldn’t breathe and my heart was hurting. Everything came back normal and it was just anxiety. I hope you were able to get some rest.
