Can throat tension in the back of neck make throat close up im panicking again

It can make it feel like that. The more you think about it, the more you panic, and so it may feel tight and difficult to swallow. I'm sure it's just panic... But it's always best to get checked out by a doctor.

with limited information, go get a medical physical and you will probably get a clearence that all is well. If so, then anxiety can make you believe that everything can go wrong and your mind will allow you to experience EVERYTHING!!! been there done that and i have had it all!! eat well, EXCERCISE, scripture and if nesc. explore meds. nothing wrong with that. been on 10 mgs lexapro for 6 months and i have never felt better. hugs to you!!
