Well i’m proud to say at 23 years old i had my first (much needed) therapy session. I’ve been struggling for the past month with new weight loss. I’ve basically always had trouble keeping weight on (i know thats the opposite of most) but the past few weeks i’ve dropped 15 lbs from unknown stressors, anxiety, and who knows what else. Anyway the therapist has been great to personalize my recovery plan. I’m also going to attempt to come off my SSRIs soon, which anyone who knows will understand how much of a feat that is. Wish me luck!
