Do you have to go to a doctor to be able to get anxiety medication or can you grab some at a store like Walgreens? What’s the best kind? Nothing to strong.

You have to go to the doctor for it. That’s the safest! But they have magnesium supplement that calms you down. I have this powder stuff you put in your drink it’s called “calm” if you’re from the U.S they sell it here

For the supplement? I didn’t when I got the calm supplement but it tells you how much you should mix into your drink. You should go to the doctor for it just to be safe! He doesn’t have to prescribe it to you but i’m sure he can tell you if it’s okay for you to take.

I’ve actually been really good it’s just I’m always anxious and it’s really annoying. I use to never be able to leave my house but now I’m out more! The anxiousness is just always there, but I’m working on it !

Hi Oliviaaa1, you cab buy anti anxiety meds through several sights on the internet, but i wouldn't recommend it, as they are unlicensed and there is no gaurantee what pills you order will be genuine, in fact it could be pretty dangerous. hope that helps, and good luck
