It’s been some time since I’ve posted on here. I remember how much this platform helped me to document how I’m feeling, and received positive advice from others.
For some time, since I’ve posted last, I felt that I had taken control of my life again and my anxiety wasn’t weighing me down as much. However, recently it feels as if it’s gotten worse. I’d figure venting on here would help me gain the strength again to realize that my anxiety does not need to control me.
It’s happening again 
Air in chest feel like it’s dropping 
Panic attack while driving
CBT has been a godsend. 
Not been on for a while feeling very Anxious today it's my 50th birthday Dizzy all the rest
