Really worried what is low does of anti depressants like to take?

Low dose anti-depressants are fine for most people. You may get some of the minor side effects mentioned in the patient leaflet - dry mouth, tiredness etc. These usually disappear over time, but if they don’t, you have to way up the benefits v side effects of taking the medication. I’ve never had a problem, if one type doesn’t suit you, you can ask your GP to look at others. Sometimes it’s trial and error. Also, remember they can take up to a month to improve your mood.
