Sertraline Side Effects after a month

I started Sertraline 25mg exactly a month ago for anxiety that led to insomnia that then led to depression. I had minor side effects the first 2-3 days then it went away. For the next three weeks, I felt a benefit as I started sleeping better and my mood and energy levels fell into place. However, the past 4 days, I felt the same side effects that I felt early on i.e. dry mouth, loss of appetite, nervous/cold stomach sensation. I haven't slept right the past 4 days either. Is that normal to experience the side effects at this stage? I thought it was only the first two weeks? Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks
