Pls hear me out !!!Weird sensations during anxiety??

So this anxiety makes me feel so helpless sometimes that i want to cry.

My body is very anxious lately. I thought i had UtI or some bacterial infection gping on, i gave my urine test and the reports will come in a day or 2,

Tell me if u guys also feel abdominal/ vaginal or sensations somewhere down there during anxiety or when ur body is anxious. I dont get it. I am very frustrated . Idk whats causing it. And that makes me even more nervous.

From past experiences i think that i am contracting my muscles of abdomen and down there. And i think i feel weird sensation in the body when i am anxious

I am actually in isolation with my family, definitely the c19 has affected our mental health. But i have also been experiencing other uti or bacterial infection symptoms but these sensations i never had before.

I do have higher heart rate. Shaking body brething issues but these are all regular anxiety symptoms. These burning sensations on my skin around my abdomen and these weird sensations in my urethra i guess. Im not sure where exactly. Thats making me nervous ans anxious.
