Anxiety Attack

I felt a huge anxiety attack coming on so I came to my room to relax. It’s over now.. Does anybody else have chest tightness after an attack?

It really is. My doc prescribed an inhaler and to do breathing exercises.

Yes. It’s one of the symptoms I hate most.
