Hi jaymeb, Sometimes it's difficult to separate the work place from our home environment.
It's not really about thinking we are missing something but rather readjusting our thoughts
and body to a more relaxed atmosphere. xx

How do I do that though?
I use meditation and breathing. My jobs have always been high stress
and it was difficult to turn it around without doing this. When at home,
I make sure I give myself some "me time". I find a quiet place, wrap a
warm blanket or towel right out of the dryer and use imagery calming
both my mind and body. It takes practice but eventually, it can be done
within moments. Find what works for you best. xx
