Earlier this year I started venlafaxine/Effexor. Symptoms were awful - excessive sweating, yawning, irritability. Changed to Sertraline/Zoloft around May. Again, symptoms are awful. Sweating to the point I have scabs on my scalp. Diarrhea on a daily basis. Should I detox or switch to something else? I would rather try something holistic.

My doctor told me to scale down to a half dose until I see her Nov 4. Unfortunately I’m still experiencing the same symptoms.
