Diazapam

Hello just landed up in hospital with. A medical problem but just got bad anxiety they been giving me diazapam , I’m coming out today just wandering about taking

Just 1 diazapam maybe midday to take me through day and maybe night ,in hospital I was having when needed maybe 3 times a day I don’t want to be relient on it or any advice

You don't have to be reliant on them but sometimes they can be a life saver for a short while

Hospitals are stressful places and if I have read your post right needing 3 while in there compared to your normal one sounds about normal when someone has anxiety

What I would do is when I got home and started to feel more relaxed , cut them down to 2 for maybe a week and then back to your 1 a day and see how I felt

Try not to worry about been reliant upon them as that will make you feel more anxious and you will feel you need them , know that you can slowly reduce them again as I have done this many times over the years till I have not been taking any at all , then if life has thrown something at me and my anxiety has got bad I have taken them again using the same method , reducing them a week at a time till I no longer need them

Thanks they just gave me 2 one mg today ,I had more stomach shaking when I had one than before I’m going home today shall I still have 2 to end of week then one next week and did they help you sleep it was the shaking that can’t sleep
