Bad day

I’m almost a week on Zoloft tomorrow I start taking the full tablet but been a really bad day I keep going to take deep breaths but don’t succeed and keep trying again too soon and making myself even more anxious constantly been checking my pulse today

Nip1999 hang in there , it’s def worth it . I’m 5 weeks on wed . Only yesterday I had exactly what your describing . I had to keep yawning to get my breath . My throat was tight . And it made me anxious , but it went away .
