I keep worrying that I’ve got cancer , I’ve had a little lump in my neck that moves round when I touch it and I also noticed a little lump as small as a spot on my scalp too which is reddish colour . Recently got diagnosed with fibromyalgia an my ear always hurts tol

No one on here can diagnose you, but I know how scary things like this can be.

Like I say, I can’t give a medical opinion, but in my personal opinion, this does not sound like cancer.

Could the spot on your scalp simply be that, a spot?

The lump on your neck could be a swollen lymph node. Lymph nodes swell often and will eventually go on their own - they can sometimes swell in response to a recent virus/illness that your body has fought off. I’ve had them swell before too.

If it doesn’t go, it’s something worth mentioning to your doctor but I very much doubt it is anything sinister.
