Hi! So after eight months of feeling like I was dying and going crazy - I have been diagnosed as having anxiety.

Back at the end of November 2018, I saw a bunch of bright stars all over my room, and a few days later a brain fog and pressure feeling developed in my head that was consistent 24/7 from November-mid January 2019. The feeling eventually subsided and I forgot about it. However, at the start of April, I remembered the feeling - and it came back. The feeling has been consistently there since. I’ve seen my doctor numerous times, and had numerous tests, all which have proven I have good health - besides slightly low iron levels. Therefore, my diagnosis was anxiety. I was told it would clear up eventually like before, and set on my way.

I’m really struggling to come to terms with this diagnosis. The brain fog/dizziness and generally feeling ‘out of it’ have been constantly there - regardless of what mood I’m in, or what I’m doing. It feels like such a physical symptom, that it’s made me incredibly upset to be told it’s just all in my head. I have no idea how to get rid of this feeling, and I feel incredibly alone and scared.

Anyone got any advice?

i have been struggling with the same symptoms since last JUNE....I think it is LOW CORTISOL.....read on how you can bring up your cortisol levels...I am taking prescription Hydrocortisone....but you can get it over the counter in a cream called CORTAID...just look for ones with the highest HYDROCORTISONE in them...and rub it on a few times per day..on your inside of your arm..the soft skin areas....it has helped me a lot.....also could be other hormones like thyroid , and estrogen or progesterone levels....also could be high histamine....when mine gets really bad I take Benadrly.....hope this helps you some.....
