Not feeling well at all

This is definitely not one of my good days. Chest & abdominal pains, lack of sleep, panic attacks, coughing, short of breath, acid reflux, shoulder pains all going on at once today. Endoscope appointment set for Wednesday hopefully my doctor can figure out what’s going on with me. Any recommendations or suggestions are welcome.

Hi Anxious216, I know how it feels to have a rough day, it really sucks. Try breathing techniques or drinking tea to calm your nerves, it can help with anxiousness.
