I know that feeling. I can relate to that. I have been listening to YouTube in my ear many many nights to help me sleep so much to a point that I had a hard time sleeping without it. And recently I had a few suprising nights of being able to get sleep and didnt have anything playing in my ear. I thought, "Wow, how did that happen?"
